For a sit-down meal, Château Bayard can accommodate up to 450 people, including 220 in the same room.

A quality installation is present in every room of the castle. Very flexible, it can be directed from any room and it is adjustable room by room.

• « Access to the Living Room of the Countess of Namur (1st floor) from 9 a.m. to get ready for the event This room is equipped with several sockets, a standing mirror, a height-adjustable rod, tables and chairs.
• « Charges (water, electricity, heating) and cleaning.
• « Presence of a representative of the castle.
• « Access to the pontoon and the two boats during the day, from April to October.
• « Access to the Wi-Fi and an entirely renovated and efficient electrical installation throughout the castle.

The VAT for the rental of the Castle and Orangery is 0% if the bill is addressed to a private individual. If the bill is addressed to a company the VAT will be 21%

The Orangery is not autonomous. The cloakroom and toilets are located in the castle.

It is therefore not possible to rent the Orangery alone.

Of course. It has to be in the Great Hall. The music must be turned off at 4 a.m. at the latest.

Not at all. Renting a castle for your seminar will not be more expensive than somewhere else. However, you will benefit from an exceptional and top-of-the-range setting. A change of scenery guaranteed.

The picture of a castle is in contradiction with the modernity of today’s technology. However, at the Château Bayard everything has been thought out for the organisation of your company seminar. Plugs have been installed; Different electrical circuits feed the same room. The lighting is dimmable and subdued. Each room has a Bose® installation. Screens are integrated into the ceilings of the two rooms on the first floor. A nice little extra? To announce the end of your workshop, a sound will echo throughout the different rooms of the castle.

Do you wish to organise your seminar in autumn or in winter and you are worried that your guests might catch a cold? Don’t worry! It’s always warm in the Château Bayard. After studying the calorific capacity of each room, several types of heating systems have been installed to guarantee a comfortable temperature in ALL rooms of the castle for those who are the coldest. In winter, there is the possibility of lighting an open fire in two lounges and braziers in the main courtyard.

The Château Bayard is accessible to all. We have an access ramp from the main courtyard to the entrance of the castle. There are no stairs to walk up and down the ground floor. There is a toilet for people with reduced mobility.

The Orangery has a capacity of 400 people.

At present, due to the Covid sanitary measures, the presence of a reception hostess is mandatory at all events.

Apart from the Covid standards, the presence of a reception hostess is compulsory for 100 people or more.

We impose our team of “stewards” for the dancing parties.

We can also advise you on sound companies and “parking boys” who are used to the castle.

There are two formulas :

• « A global offer per person including the rental of the castle, equipment and catering throughout your event.
• « A caterer partner of the Château Bayard to choose from our list of caterers.

Catering at the Château Bayard is local. We favour a short circuit, fresh and, if possible, seasonal products.

Several possibilities are available to you:

• 3-course meal at the table
• Walking dinner
• Verrines served on trays
• Sandwiches
• BBQ

The Château Bayard has a private, illuminated and free car park with 220 spaces.

There are five bedrooms in the castle. Four other bedrooms can also be made available to you in La Ferme du Moulin located 50m from the castle, as well as six rooms in the outbuildings.
